A few weeks ago, somebody suggested that I started a blog to get my feelings / emotions out and also to give me something to do with the ridiculous amount of free time that I have at the moment.
I briefly started one over on Tumblr about my opinions on different topics, a little like Carrie Fletcher's "All I Know Now" website but with a twist. After just four posts, I gave up. I realized that writing my opinions on what I thought was right or wrong probably wasn't going to help anyone else make decisions in life and I was already finding it more of a chore than an enjoyment.
Then, one day I found Amy's blog. I got reading and it amazed me how she could write about simple day to day things in a blog but it still be so fascinating. It inspired me to start this blog. I'm not sure how long I'll stick to it and I'm definitely not promising that it's going to be interesting, but it's something personal for me to do during my free time (which is most of the time lately).
I'm not doing this for followers or to help people because right now, I don't think I'm capable of it. The reason I'm starting this blog is in hopes to do what the title of the blog says - reflect and grow. I want to be able to reflect on my past and grow into my future, as cliche as that sounds.

You've posted so much I hadn't even realised how lovely you'd been in your first post. Thankyou :) Just be scrolling through all of yours and it's great! Love the Lifescouts sections, I may have to steal that idea at some point haha xx
